To help you prepare and get the most out of your exhibitor experience, here’s what you can expect on the day of the event:

Load-in & set-up: Scheduled load-in times will be shared in advance to ensure a smooth and organised set-up for all exhibitors.
Exhibitor space: Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6ft table. Final layout details will be confirmed closer to the event.
Exhibitor lounge: Access to a dedicated exhibitor lounge for rest breaks, refreshments, and networking with fellow exhibitors.
On-site exhibitor support: An exhibitor liaison and help desk will be available throughout the day to assist with any questions or support needs.
Exhibitor pack: You’ll receive a digital exhibitor pack ahead of the event, including key timings, set-up guidance, and important venue information.
Power availability: Limited power access will be available. Exhibitors with specific power requirements should indicate this in advance.
On-site facilities: Parking and Wi-Fi information will be shared before the event. Please note that Wi-Fi availability may vary depending on venue capacity.
