A: Parent tickets are £10 per adult and young child above age 10 years. Children below age 10 years attend free. Special affiliate offers (two tickets for £15) are available through partner organisations.

A: Tickets can’t be transferred to another person, but you can get a full refund up to 24 hours before the Summit. After that, refunds are discretionary — just email us at hello@afroukparenting.com.

A: Bring your printed tickets or your digital pass, ID if you like, any questions for sessions, and a reusable water bottle. Cash is not required — exhibitors stands will accept card, should you wish to purchase anything.

A: Absolutely! We’ve got a children’s zone with soft play, a ball pool, face-painting, and fun family activities. Just remember, parents are responsible for keeping an eye on their little ones.

A: If you need accessibility support, like quiet room access or other accommodations, just email us at hello@afroukparenting.com before the event. We’ll do everything we can to help.

A: Yes, we will have event photography and selective session recording. You can opt out at registration if you do not wish to be photographed.

A: Don’t worry! Registration stays open during programme breaks. Just show your pass at the desk and hop into the next session. Remember, the event kicks off at 3 PM sharp, with food, drinks, and souvenirs available early on a first-come, first-serve basis.
