Speaker FAQ
  • Will I be paid? Most speaker slots are for your own promotion or as part of your sponsor/exhibition package; we offer a complimentary ticket and promotion. Honoraria can be discussed for keynote or specially commissioned sessions.

  • Can I sell products or hand out materials? Yes — but please declare any commercial intentions when applying. Promotional stalls require an exhibitor booking.

  • Can I record my session? Selected sessions may be recorded. We’ll let you know in advance and ask for permission at the briefing stage.

  • What about travel/accommodation?Speakers are asked to cover travel unless otherwise agreed. If you require support, contact hello@afroukparenting.com

Speaker formats & time slots
  • Panel contributor: 20–30 mins (panel discussion + short Q&A)

  • Main session speaker: 15–30 mins (talk + brief Q&A)

  • Rapid small talk: 5-10 mins (lightning, practical tip)

  • Sponsor micro-spot: 10 mins (sponsor speakers only; practical demos encouraged)

Speakers may be asked to adapt length to fit the programme. All sessions are in the main hall.
